Instructions to complete forms

1. 去JSU Softdocs Etrieve System 
2. Enter one\Your J Number as the username (Example one\J12345678) and your NetID password as the password. (You can set/reset your NetID on the JSU homepage)
3. Go to Forms and select 金融援助
4. Select the appropriate form needed
5. Complete and submit form online *printout of forms will not be accepted with the exception of the Verification of Educational Purpose and Identity form*

Service Timeline for Submitted Documents

All documents submitted to the Office of 金融援助 can take up to 21 business days for processing.

To prevent a delay in processing your documents, read below:

• 遵循 Instructions to complete forms 以上 之前 completing the required forms.
• Students must sign into the SoftDocs Etreive System with JSU credentials in order to provide an attachment to any form.
• Student signatures are provided when submitting the form.
• Parent Signatures are provided by receiving an email link to sign the form. *Parents cannot attach documents to online forms*
• Verify documents are filled accurately and completely.
• Check that paper documents that require a signature have HANDWRITTEN signatures; Typed or electronic signatures are NOT acceptable for these forms.
• Verify that all documents contain the student’s name and 虚数.

*Business days do not include the weekends, 假期, and all other unspecified days the university is closed.
